Sales Appointment Setters & Dispatch -- Hourly + Uncapped Commission

We are hiring for two key positions:

Outbound Sales / Cold Calling

You’ll be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, starting conversations, identifying opportunities, and converting leads into sales.

What you’ll do:

• Make high-volume outbound calls
• Speak confidently with potential customers
• Follow up with leads and prospects
• Overcome objections and close opportunities
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude
• Work toward individual and team sales goals

Dispatch & Confirmation

You’ll help keep our operation running smoothly by communicating with customers, confirming appointments, coordinating schedules, and making sure jobs are properly dispatched.

What you’ll do:

• Confirm appointments with customers
• Make outbound calls and follow up
• Coordinate schedules and dispatch
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Help ensure jobs are completed efficiently

Compensation

Hourly Pay + Commission

UNCAPPED INCOME.
