- Previous experience as a Restaurant District Manager, Area Manager or Director of Operations for a Fast Casual or Quick Service Restaurant concept
- Has overseen at least 6 locations
- Financially savvy
- Good at cultivating a great culture
- Hands on leader
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
