HR Recruiter

The HR Recruiter plays a vital role in attracting and securing top talent to meet the strategic needs of the organization. This position involves managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews to managing offers and supporting onboarding activities. The ideal candidate will contribute to building a strong talent pipeline and enhancing the overall candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
• Post job openings on relevant platforms to attract applicants
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Manage offer letters and negotiate terms with candidates
• Support new hire onboarding to ensure smooth integration
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future openings
