PARTY RENTAL DELIVERY AGENT

The Party Rental Delivery Agent plays a key role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of rental equipment using the company delivery van. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this position involves coordinating daily local deliveries with a medium-sized team. The agent will be responsible for loading, transporting, and unloading equipment while maintaining positive customer interactions to support successful event setups.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and plan daily local delivery routes
• Load rental equipment safely onto delivery vans
• Unload equipment at customer locations efficiently
• Interact professionally with customers during deliveries
• Ensure on-time delivery of all assigned shipments

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in delivery services
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience in loading and unloading equipment
• Effective communication abilities
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
