Position: Phone Representative Account Manager
This role focuses on customer development, appointment scheduling, and customer satisfaction after the sale. Responsibilities also include completing post-installation paperwork and presenting additional services or options to customers over the phone.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Contact homeowners and schedule estimate appointments
• Call homeowners after installation to perform post-installation follow-ups
• Confirm successful installation and customer satisfaction
• Complete final paperwork and obtain approvals
• Present additional products, upgrades, or services when needed
Required Skills:
• Strong phone sales and customer service skills; Home Improvement Industry experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to clearly explain products and services
• Detail-oriented with paperwork and documentation
