RVB Transport is seeking a passionate and driven Operations Manager to lead daily operations, oversee driver and administrative teams, and help us deliver excellence across our markets. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and enjoys finding creative solutions to everyday challenges.
What You’ll Do
As the Operations Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role in keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll work directly with company leadership to ensure our goals are met across all departments.
- Lead and mentor the logistics, driver, and administrative teams to meet customer requirements and achieve daily and long-term goals.
- Manage dispatch operations, scheduling, and communication with drivers.
- Support driver performance, safety, and compliance programs.
- Identify and implement workflow improvements and cost-saving measures.
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members to help them grow and succeed.
- Monitor daily operations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure excellent customer service.
- Collaborate across departments to improve communication, team work, and streamline processes.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for leadership review.
- Enforce company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive, professional work environment.

- Proven leadership or management experience—transportation or logistics preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to perform under pressure.
- Ability to foster a culture of strong teamwork, mutual respect, and taking pride in quality performance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends or extended shifts when needed.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and sit for extended periods.
