Administrative Lead
Job Description
About Us
Since 1967, Bodine Construction Services has provided homeowners, real estate professionals, and property managers with high-quality drainage, sewer, and structural solutions across the greater Seattle area — including basement drainage, crawlspace drainage, storm drains and sewer repair, yard and surface drainage, and video pipe inspections. Our crews are specially trained and equipped to take every project from bid to completion, and many of our foremen and office staff have been with the company for 5 to 25+ years. That kind of tenure isn't an accident — it reflects our commitment to the trade and to our people.
The Role
Bodine is looking for an experienced Administrative Lead to own the administrative backbone of every project we run, from client intake through final invoice. You'll be the point of coordination between incoming clients, crew leads, and the Owner — drafting project bids and sending out estimates, responding to client questions, and making sure every completed job gets billed accurately and on time.
This role reports directly to the Owner. It is a strong fit for someone who's worked in construction administration and is comfortable leveraging digital tools to streamline administrative tasks.
What You'll Do
- Use Housecall Pro and Google Business Suite to manage the administrative work across a construction project's full lifecycle, from initial client intake through project closeout
- Respond to incoming client requests promptly and professionally
- Draft and send client estimates in partnership with construction crew leads and the Owner
- Invoice clients for completed work
- Provide administrative support for projects requiring permits
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of experience as an administrator in a construction-related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a client-facing, professional tone and an eye for detail
- Comfort coordinating with crew leads and translating fieldwork into accurate estimates and invoices
- Solid organizational skills and the ability to track multiple projects at different stages simultaneously
- Sound judgment and discretion
- Experience with Housecall Pro or similar project management software is a major plus
Location and Hours
This position is based at Bodine’s office in Lynnwood, WA with the option to work remotely part time after a transition period.
As a full-time, exempt position, work hours will vary based on project needs. Typically, Bodine’s administrative team is in the office from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $81,000-$90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus bonus
- Schedule: Full-Time
- Two weeks paid vacation
- Paid holidays
- Paid sick leave
