Buckley Cable Construction is an essential telecommunications construction company supporting the networks communities rely on. We’re seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to help keep materials organized, accurate, and ready for the field. In this role, you’ll support day-to-day warehouse operations through safe material handling, precise inventory transactions, and timely shipping/receiving across our locations.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments (truck/parcel) against packing slips and purchase documents.
  • Pick, pack, stage, and prepare orders for shipment to job sites, crews, and/or other company locations.
  • Operate warehouse equipment (including forklifts) and handle materials safely.
  • Complete inventory transactions and maintain accurate inventory records in company systems.
  • Perform cycle counts and support inventory control processes to reduce variances.
  • Accurately enter data into required software programs; identify and correct errors using established quality checks.
  • Scan, organize, and maintain documents and files (digital and hard copy) per company standards.
  • Sort, label, and store materials in designated locations following organizational and safety standards.
  • Make deliveries and/or transfer materials between facilities or job sites as assigned.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work area; follow all safety, PPE, and housekeeping requirements.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Forklift experience required (certification required where applicable).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Comfort using online applications, databases, and inventory systems.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to enter data quickly and accurately.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Dependable self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions (as required by location).
  • Ability to lift 60+ pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, lifting, and climbing.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work area.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must pass a background check and drug screen.
  • Valid driver's license required

Training Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday (Subject to change)
