About the Company
Our client, a leading provider of workforce management analytics in Irvine is seeking an Inside Sales/ Account Manager. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys consultative selling, building long-term client relationships, and learning a product that blends data, analytics, and software.
Irvine, CA: After training & management approval role can be hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days remote)
Comp: $25 – $26/hr + $500-1000+monthly bonus, which increases with tenure & productivity
Hours: 7-4 or 8-5
Position Overview
The Inside Sales / Account Manager will be responsible for responding to new business inquiries with the goal of sales generation, while nurturing existing accounts. You’ll speak directly with HR professionals, consultants, and executives to uncover needs, demonstrate the company’s technology, and guide prospects through a structured sales cycle. The position offers a mix of autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to work with a respected leader in workforce and compensation analytics.
Key Responsibilities
• Present and explain the company’s software and data tools to prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct online product demos tailored to customer needs and use cases.
• Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, qualification, presentations, proposals, and closing.
• Prepare pricing, quotes, and sales documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up and strong communication.
• Maintain updated activity logs and pipeline details within the CRM.
• Partner with Marketing and Client Success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Participate in occasional industry events, conferences, or trade shows as a representative of the company.
Qualifications
• Experience in inside sales, account management, customer success, or B2B outreach preferred (SaaS, data, or professional services a plus).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical or data-driven concepts.
• Professional, polished, and comfortable interacting with a variety of business leaders.
• Confident with outbound calling and managing a structured, metrics-driven sales workflow.
• Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
• Motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
