Stonegate is one of Scottsdale’s finest gated master communities. The community is known for its junior Olympic size swimming pool, spa, tennis courts, play structure, basketball court, walking trails and the recent addition of 2 pickleball courts making its recreational amenities desirable for all ages. We are looking for someone to join our team!


We are seeking a professional, organized, and creative Communications & Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This position plays an important role in communicating with residents, supporting Association operations, and providing exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities

  • Write, edit, and distribute community emails, announcements, website content, and quarterly newsletters.
  • Prepare professional correspondence, notices, letters, and other resident communications.
  • Attend Board and committee meetings and prepare accurate meeting minutes.
  • Process architectural applications and maintain related records.
  • Respond professionally to resident inquiries by telephone, email, and in person.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical records.
  • Assist with community events, notices, and other communication initiatives.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including scanning, filing, photocopying, and document management.
  • Provide front desk coverage 1–2 days per week and as needed
  • Provide additional administrative and operational support as needed.

  • Strong proofreading, grammar, and editing abilities.

  • Creative and comfortable developing engaging community communications.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
  • Collaborative, dependable, and able to work effectively as part of a small team.
  • Proficient with computers and comfortable learning new software and technology

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma (minimum)
  • Minimum of 2-years of similar or relevant experience
