Now Hiring: HR Assistant

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to provide administrative support across multiple human resources functions.

Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: Hourly, based on experience

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee files and HR records.
  • Answer routine questions regarding policies, benefits, and hiring processes.
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, new-hire paperwork, and orientations.
  • Ensure new hires complete all required compliance training.
  • Conduct periodic audits of employee files and documentation.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the HR department.
  • Assist with payroll-related questions and check distribution.
  • Support safety training, benefits enrollment, employee recognition, and company events.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1–3 years of related HR or administrative experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organization, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information professionally and confidentially.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to quickly learn HRIS, payroll, and other computer systems.
  • Must be comfortable working in an office located within a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
