Job Description
Well-established, family-owned plumbing company is expanding and looking for licensed Plumbers (PL01 or PL02) to join our Service division. In business since 1968, we serve the greater Seattle area from Marysville to Federal Way. We're looking for committed professionals to join our customer-focused service plumbing team.

- Competitive pay starting at $40.00/hour, DOE — with a transition to commission as you grow that lets our experienced techs out-earn a flat hourly rate. The exact structure depends on your license level and experience, and we'll walk you through it during the interview. Commission employees also have monthly bonus opportunities which further increase your earning potential!

**Requirements**
- 01 or 02 Level license, or close to the required hours and committed to testing
- 3+ years of experience in plumbing diagnosis, repair, and installation
- Customer-service focus and a team-player mindset
- Strong desire to learn and grow
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen
