Position Overview

Welex Logistics Inc. is seeking experienced, highly motivated OTR Flatbed Class-A CDL Drivers to join our fleet. Run high-paying, steady freight with zero forced dispatch, flexible home time, and brand-new top-tier equipment. We keep you rolling, respected, and earning top dollar every single week.

Compensation & Perks

• Pay Rate: $0.75 – $0.80 per mile (Company Drivers)
• Weekly Earnings: Clean $2,500 – $3,500+
• Sign-On Bonus: $2,000
• Miles: Steady 3,200+ miles/week for strong solos
• Owner-Operators: Earn 85% of Gross

Driver Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of active CDL-A Class experience (Flatbed experience preferred)
• MVR/Record: Clean driving record (minor violations open to discussion)
• SAP Status: No SAP drivers accepted
• Performance: Proven ability and willingness to run 3,200+ miles weekly as a strong solo driver
