Production Worker - Digital Print & Apparel Fulfillment

Company Overview:
We’re a growing small business specializing in print-on-demand apparel. We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our team and help us deliver great products to our customers.

Job Description:
As a Production Worker, you’ll be responsible for operating printing equipment, preparing garments, fulfilling orders, and assisting with general warehouse/office tasks. You’ll work closely with our small team to ensure orders are produced accurately and on time. Bilingual or Spanish speaking

Responsibilities:

• Operate print equipment and heat presses
• Prepare and stage apparel for production
• Fulfill customer orders (folding, packing, labeling, shipping)
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Monitor quality control and report any issues
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in production, warehouse, or fulfillment is a plus (not required—training provided)
• Strong understanding of computers and ability to learn new software quickly (order management, printing software, etc.)
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to [50 lbs]
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work variable shifts, including late shifts during peak season (1–2 months per year)
• Bilingual or Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply

Schedule & Compensation:

• Full-time position
• Shifts typically run 8–10 hours
• Overtime available at 1.5x pay
• Hours may vary by season. Typical shifts include:
• • 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
  • 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
  • 3:30 pm – 12:00 am
• During peak seasons, we may require a late shift (3:30 pm – 12:00 am) for 1–2 months at a time. Outside of peak season, shifts follow a standard daytime schedule.
