Production Supervisor 2nd Shift

We are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to join our team in overseeing manufacturing processes and ensuring the smooth operation of the production line. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, knowledge of manufacturing procedures, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the production team to ensure efficient and safe operations.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• Conduct quality checks throughout the production process.
• Train and mentor team members on safe work procedures and proper equipment usage.
• Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other departments.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as they arise.
• Ensure all production tasks are completed on schedule.
• Operate and maintain production equipment and power tools safely.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and productive work environment.

Requirements:

• Must speak English or be Bilingual.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Ability to work safely and properly use equipment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Understanding of basic technology related to the assigned area.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively.
• Ability to use power tools and production equipment.

Summary:

• Pay is based on experience.
• Room for advancement.
• Casual dress code- uniforms available
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:30 pm-2:00 am. Mandatory overtime on Fridays and Saturdays.
