Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Level III Commissioned Armed Security Officers for our Mobile Patrol Division.

This is a roving patrol position covering multiple HOA communities, residential neighborhoods, and commercial properties throughout the shift. Officers must be experienced, dependable, professional, and have excellent customer service and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled and random vehicle patrols of assigned HOA communities and properties.
• Maintain a highly visible security presence to deter criminal and suspicious activity.
• Check entrances, parking areas, common areas, amenities, and other assigned locations.
• Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, resident concerns, emergencies, and Dispatch calls.
• Identify and report suspicious activity, trespassing, vandalism, theft, property damage, and security hazards.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service to residents, clients, visitors, and property management.
• Use good judgment and de-escalation skills when handling difficult situations.
• Maintain communication with Dispatch and Operations throughout the shift.
• Complete accurate electronic patrol and incident reports.
• Coordinate with law enforcement, fire, and EMS when necessary.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Level III Commissioned Security License – Required
• Valid Texas Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
• Previous security or mobile patrol experience required
• HOA, residential, apartment, or commercial property experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Strong observation and report-writing skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow post orders
• Must pass required background check and drug screening
