We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Associate Dentist to join a dedicated dental team serving children, families, and underserved patients in a rural community.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who values high-quality, relationship-based care and enjoys creating positive dental experiences for patients who may experience anxiety or behavioral challenges. Pediatric experience is highly preferred, but we are especially interested in dentists who are empathetic, patient, and passionate about making a difference in their community.
What We Offer
$185,000+ annual earning potential OR 32% of adjusted collections
Flexible Monday–Friday schedule | 3–4 days per week
Approximately 8–10 hour days

What You'll Do
Provide comprehensive dental care, including exams, cleanings, extractions, restorative procedures, and preventive care
Diagnose oral health conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
Treat pediatric patients and help manage behavioral health challenges, anxiety, and dental fear
Create a comfortable, welcoming experience for children and their families
Manage dental emergencies and special cases as needed
Educate patients and families on oral health and preventive care
Collaborate with pediatricians, mental health professionals, dental hygienists, and other healthcare providers
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
Participate in community outreach and oral health education initiatives
Provide guidance and support to dental assistants and other team members
What We're Looking For
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program, and an active Missouri dental license
Pediatric dental experience is highly preferred
Experience or training in managing pediatric behavioral health needs and dental anxiety is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, patient-centered approach
Ability to build trust and rapport with children and families
Commitment to serving rural and underserved communities
Comfortable working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
Commitment to continued professional development and modern dental techniques
