The In-Store Lead Generator plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth by identifying and engaging potential customers within multiple store locations. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this position requires leveraging strong communication and customer engagement skills to maximize lead generation efforts. The role involves using mobile applications and specific CRM tools to track leads efficiently, with limited travel expected.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through proactive customer engagement in-store
• Maintain detailed and accurate tracking of leads using mobile apps and CRM software
• Collaborate with multiple store teams to align lead generation strategies
• Report lead generation metrics and customer feedback to the Marketing Manager
• Utilize effective sales techniques to convert leads into customers

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales or customer service
