Massage Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Massage Therapist trained (or willing to train) as a Cranial Sacral Fascial Therapist under the Gillespie Approach, with experience working with infants, children, and adults. The ideal candidate will combine advanced manual therapy with willingness to understand basic mineral balance and nutritional support to optimize physical development, nervous system regulation, and overall wellness for our family members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized massage sessions according to client needs.
• Deliver cranial sacral fascial therapy using the Gillespie Approach, tailored to each individual’s needs.
• Assess and address fascial restrictions, cranial imbalances, tension, and developmental concerns in infants and children.
• Evaluate and refer clients to other practitioners for mineral balance and nutritional needs for overall wellness
• Monitor progress and adjust techniques to ensure safe, effective outcomes.
• Educate caregivers on supportive exercises, developmental practices, basic nutrition, and home care strategies.
• Collaborate with other wellness practitioners or healthcare providers as needed.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality appropriate for a private family office.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Licensed Massage Therapist (required).
• Certified Cranial Sacral Fascial Therapist trained in the Gillespie Approach (preferred)
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, fascial systems, mineral balance, and nutritional support.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to create a calm, safe, and nurturing environment.
• Commitment to continuing education and trauma-informed care practices.
