Warehouse Lead

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Lead.

The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, strong leadership skills, and a production-focused mindset. You will be responsible for leading a team, coordinating daily activities, meeting production targets, and ensuring client requirements are consistently met.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse/production experience
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team
• Strong focus on productivity, quality, and safety
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and production goals
• Current certification/experience operating Reach, EPJ, and Sit-Down forklifts
• Reliable, hands-on, and able to lead by example
