Required Skills and Experience

• Homebuilding construction experience
• Highly proficient in construction-related technology, including scheduling, vendor management, and customer communication platforms, with a proven ability to rapidly adopt and leverage new tools.
• Ability to read, interpret, and execute construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings, and clearly communicate requirements to subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Proven experience proactively managing all aspects of the build process, taking full ownership of project schedules, vendor performance, and final product quality.
• Must be able to anticipates challenges, drive accountability across trade base, and ensures timelines, standards, and customer expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
