Rogue Enterprises is growing in the Phoenix area and looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Sales & Marketing Representatives.

This is an entry-level, customer-facing sales position where you'll represent one of our clients inside large retail locations. You'll speak directly with customers, explain available products and services, answer questions, and help customers find options that fit their needs.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing coaching to help you learn the role and develop your sales and communication skills.

What You'll Do

• Represent a client brand inside large retail locations
• Speak with customers face-to-face about available products and services
• Explain current offers and help customers select options based on their needs
• Provide a professional and positive customer experience
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills

• Able to work well independently and as part of a team
• Previous retail, customer service, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful, but not required

Compensation & Training

• Compensation is structured as base pay versus commission, with the applicable base pay discussed during the interview process
• Uncapped commission earning potential based on individual sales performance
