Nighttime floor tech/assistant
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Floor Technician Supervisor to join our team. As a Floor Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of various floor surfaces. Plus other duties.
Duties:
To strip and seal, buffing, carpet cleaning, hard surface scrubbing, fill in work and pressure washing/etc. Local Family owned Business... WILL TRAIN RIGHT PERSON!..
Must have Drivers License and pass Background check.
Monday-Friday... 8-12 hour shifts starting at 5:30pm..

$100 sign on bonus after completion of 90 days working**
Skills:
- Proven experience in floor care, custodial, or commercial cleaning type work
- Knowledge of different floor types and appropriate cleaning methods
- Familiarity with carpet cleaning techniques and equipment
- Ability to operate floor cleaning machinery effectively and safely
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as needed
