What You’ll Do

• Perform installations, repairs, and upgrades across performance, suspension, exhaust, and aerodynamics categories.
• Work with precision on aftermarket parts, custom components, and specialty equipment.
• Diagnose issues and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Collaborate with a team of passionate professionals to deliver top-tier results.

Ideal Candidate:

• 2+ years of automotive industry experience
• Owns and maintains quality automotive tools
• Confident driving both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
• Passion for performance vehicles; track experience is a bonus
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to interpret, measure, and adjust chassis and suspension components for optimal performance.
• Solid understanding of suspension dynamics, including anti‐dive, anti‐squat, scrub radius, and overall suspension geometry.
• Ability to analyze and calculate wheel geometry, including camber, caster, toe, and related kinematic changes through suspension travel.
• Knowledge of dry‐sump lubrication systems, their function, advantages, and integration within high‐performance applications.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to quality.
