Lube Technician

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Lube Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and committed to providing fast, professional, and accurate service.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil and filter changes on customer vehicles
• Check and top off vehicle fluids, including coolant, brake fluid, transmission fluid, power steering fluid, and windshield washer fluid as appropriate
• Check tire pressure and adjust when necessary
• Inspect air filters, cabin filters, wiper blades, belts, hoses, and other basic vehicle components
• Lubricate vehicle components according to manufacturer recommendations
• Perform basic preventative maintenance services
• Follow proper procedures when lifting and lowering vehicles
• Inspect vehicles for visible maintenance or safety concerns and report findings to management
• Accurately document services performed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Properly handle and dispose of used oil, filters, fluids, and other materials
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Follow all company safety procedures and service standards
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Assist other technicians and team members as needed

Qualifications

• Previous automotive or quick-lube experience preferred, but training may be provided
• Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance is preferred
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well with a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and established service procedures
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Must be comfortable working around vehicles, automotive fluids, tools, and equipment
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, and work underneath vehicles for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Must be available to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays as required
