Property Manager

Dyad Real Estate is a fast-growing, technology-forward residential property management company headquartered in Spring Hill, TN. We manage 265 units across 182 properties in 11 Tennessee counties, and we're looking for a Property Manager to help us keep owners happy, tenants taken care of, and properties running smoothly.

This is a full-time, on-site role based out of the Spring Hill / Columbia / Maury County area. You'll be the day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of doors, working closely with our owner, in-house team, and our AI-powered operations systems.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary contact for tenants and owners across an assigned portfolio
• Coordinate maintenance requests, vendors, turns, and make-readies from open to close
• Handle leasing activity: showings, applications, screening, move-ins, and move-outs
• Manage lease renewals, rent collection follow-up, and delinquency communication
• Conduct property inspections and document condition
• Keep records accurate in our property management software (Buildium) and internal tools
• Communicate clearly and quickly by phone, text, and email

What We're Looking For

• Prior property management, leasing, or residential real estate experience preferred
• Strong organization and follow-through — you close loops without being chased
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Comfortable with technology and eager to work alongside AI-driven tools that make the job faster
• Self-directed, dependable, and calm under pressure
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel between properties
• Tennessee real estate license a plus (not required)
