Lead Infant/Toddler Teacher (Degree Required)

We are seeking a Teacher who holds an Associates Degree (or higher) to join our Launch Enrichment Team! The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience working with Infants and Toddlers in a licensed center and must meet the qualifications for Illinois DCFS Teacher & Assistant/Sub Director. This position combines hands-on classroom engagement and teaching with occasional leadership responsibilities - making it ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with young children while helping support the daily operations of a childcare program.

Educational Requirements (as per IL DCFS 407)

• HS Diploma or GED; and
• IL Gateways Registry Membership; and
• Associates Degree (or higher) in Early Childhood Education or Child Development REQUIRED;

• or 63+ College Semester Hours w/ 21 College Semester Hours in ECE/EDU/CD
