The Seasonal Bookkeeper and Tax Preparer is an integral part of the finance team, responsible for managing full-cycle accounting and tax services during peak seasonal periods. This role focuses on accurate bookkeeping, tax preparation, and supporting financial processes to ensure timely and compliant reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive bookkeeping and reconciliation
• Prepare and file tax returns accurately and on schedule
• Conduct data entry and maintain organized financial records
• Prepare workpapers to support tax filings and audits
• Utilize QuickBooks, UltraTax, and Adobe for financial processing

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in tax preparation
