About the Role

We are looking for a Benefits & HRIS Analyst to support HR systems, benefits administration, timekeeping, reporting, and HR operations. This position will be a key resource for Paylocity and will work closely with employees, managers, HR leadership, benefits providers, and vendors.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, comfortable working with HR technology and data, and able to troubleshoot issues while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary support resource for Paylocity, including employee records, onboarding, timekeeping, benefits, reporting, and workflows.
  • Maintain accurate employee information and perform regular HRIS audits.
  • Manage benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, eligibility, terminations, and reconciliation of carrier/vendor information.
  • Support timekeeping and time-clock processes, including corrections, schedules, approvals, and accruals.
  • Work with benefits vendors, brokers, carriers, and Paylocity to resolve issues and maintain accurate data.
  • Support recruiting and onboarding workflows through the applicant tracking system.
  • Prepare and maintain HR, benefits, timekeeping, and workforce reports.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies and system issues.
  • Create and maintain HRIS procedures, training materials, and job aids.
  • Assist with employee and manager training related to HR systems, benefits, and timekeeping.
  • Support open enrollment, audits, compliance reporting, and HR technology projects.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in HRIS, benefits administration, payroll/timekeeping, HR operations, or a related field.
  • Experience with HRIS and timekeeping systems; Paylocity experience strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of benefits administration, eligibility, enrollment, and vendor reconciliation.
  • Strong Excel, reporting, and data analysis skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and customer-service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
