We are hiring a Team Member to join us on a full time basis in Cincinnati, OH. No experience is necessary for this role as we will provide job training for successful candidates. Team Members Daily Responsibilities:

Our Team Members are the heart of the customer experience. Every day, you bring a friendly attitude, help customers find the right products and keep the store looking sharp and ready for customers. Whether you’re guiding someone to the perfect product or learning new skills behind the scenes, you play a key role in helping provide a superior customer experience.

As a Team Member, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will most likely include the following responsibilities:

• Provide fast, friendly service by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and provide assistance
• Learn about products using our tools, and provide information to customers in order to sell an entire project
• Greet, qualify, recommend and close every customer in their department, and know how to handle basics in adjacent departments
• Work in cooperation with other team members to achieve weekly and monthly goals
• Remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
• Accurately handle sales transactions
• Maintain a welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and Team Members
• Use attention to detail when prioritizing tasks
• Provide information to customers about current promotions
• Complete sales
• Maintain our culture of ethical conduct
• Keep the work area clean and uncluttered
• Other duties as assigned based on business needs
