Office Location: (3 options)

Work Hours: Monday to Friday (5 days per week) @9:00~18:00
Work Style: onsite ("Hybrid" is available after the 1st year)
Status: Direct Hire, Full Time, Non-Exempt
Salary: $60,000~80,000 per year
Required Language: English & Japanese
Experience: Ideally 0~ 5 years (Welcome for Entry level// 3-6 months training)
Required Education: Bachelor's Degree (in IT related majors/ or Business related)

SUMMARY:
Responsible for providing technical assistance and support, related to computer systems, hardware, or software. Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problems, and determines and implements solutions. Conduct corporate training sessions to enhance staff effectiveness.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Developing new network troubleshooting strategies to help reduce downtime and decrease maintenance costs.
-Creating rational strategies for upgrading the company’s network software whenever a new updates available.
-Constructing and implementing plans to ensure the company’s network continues to operate smoothly in the event of a problem.
-Staying up to date with new network technology and reporting this information to the executive team each quarter
-Working closely with other department Managers to assess the growth needs and maintenance of the company’s network
SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES
-Own projects,solutions, and key responsibilities within a larger business initiative
-Enable faster and smarter business processes and implement analytic for meaningful insights
-Lead remediating efforts for gaps in security and networking
-Migrate legacy servers/applications to modern solutions
-Handle business-critical IT tasks and systems administration
-Nurture dependable IT infrastructure and networking that's always up and running
-Partner with internal and external partners to communicate project status, activities, and achievements
-Track and maintain hardware and software inventory
-Documents internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities
-Perform server administration tasks, including user/group administration, security permissions, group policies, print services, research event log warnings and errors, and resource monitoring, ensuring system architecture components work together seamlessly
-Maintain internal infrastructure requirements including, laptop and desktop computers, servers,routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, security updates, support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments
-Perform routine/scheduled audits of the systems, including all backups
-Support and administer remote locations and employees.
Knowledge & Skill Requirements (Preferred/ not required)
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ related fields
- Freight Forwarding System experience is a must and Cargowise experience is highly preferred
- Experience in trouble shooting PC
- Hardware, Network and Software related issues
- A+ or Comp TIA, Microsoft MCSA or any similar information technology certifications
- Working knowledge of Windows platform and Office Suite software
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented, organized and works with a high degree of accuracy
- Forward-thinking vision and demonstrated interest in using IT resources to support business goals.
