Warehouse Associate
Job Description
We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team! Your job will begin in the warehouse using our state-of-the-art inventory management system to receive goods and pick orders. You will make deliveries to our Southern California-based customers using a 24’ box truck with lift gate.
Responsibilities:
· Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock; recording location of inventory.
· Read orders such as customer, work, shipping and transfer orders to determine products to be moved, gathered or distributed.
· Load, unload, and move materials from storage to staging sites and/or designated areas per each sales ticket.
· Properly wrap, label, and mark material for easy identification and loading.
· Utilizing manual lifts, reach trucks and transfer equipment (requires applicable safety and operational training)
· Operating RF scanners and other hand-held devices
Qualifications:
· High School diploma or G.E.D. or 6 months of related experience and/or training; or Equivalent combination of education and experience
· Customer service and support experience
· Ability to function in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
· Forklift certification preferred; 6 months of related experience accepted
· Ability to operate scanners and to quickly learn new technology as the need arises
· Proficient with Microsoft Office
· Occasional lifting and pulling objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
· Deadline oriented
· Must be a US Citizen with a valid passport or the ability to obtain a passport

We provide production supplies for clean room, static control, and electronics manufacturing. We support the Southern California market out of our Irvine warehouse providing Just-In-Time delivery services.
