Warehouse Worker /Picker /Packer/Immediate Start

Position Title: General Laborer Lv1
Location: Halls TN 38040
Duration: 5+ Months (Possible Extension)
Pay Rate: $19/hr (W2)
Monday - Sunday with 1 day off per week 7am to 7pm

Pre-Employment Requirements

Candidates must successfully complete a background check and drug screening. The first three candidates who successfully clear all required screenings will be selected.

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to support daily facility and production operations. This position involves material handling, loading and unloading, equipment operation support, basic maintenance, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform facility operations, including loading and unloading trucks, rail cars, and other materials.
• Assist with filling, reclaiming, and moving bulk materials and ground piles.
• Perform general material handling and other assigned labor duties.
• Conduct basic equipment maintenance and operator care to support ongoing operations.
• Follow all workplace safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members and provide support as needed.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including bending, kneeling, climbing, crawling, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments, including exposure to heat, cold, dust, and loud noise.
• Ability to safely work in elevated areas, including heights of 4 feet or more.
• Must be comfortable wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Preferred Qualifications

• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, holidays, or alternate shifts with advance notice.
• Previous experience in general labor, manufacturing, warehouse, production, agriculture, or industrial environments is preferred.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
