Concrete Worker / Crew Driver - Full-Time

PJQ Concrete is looking for a dependable, experienced Concrete Worker / Crew Driver to join our team. We are looking for someone who is hardworking, reliable, works well with a crew, and has hands-on concrete or construction experience.

This position will also be responsible for driving a company vehicle and transporting crew members to and from job sites, so a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive a company vehicle and transport crew members to and from job sites
• Concrete demolition and removal
• Prepare job sites for concrete installation
• Set forms and prepare areas for concrete pours
• Place and install concrete
• Concrete finishing
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Job-site cleanup
• Perform other concrete and construction duties as needed

Experience with concrete finishing, forming, grading, demolition, saw cutting, skid steer/equipment operation, or similar concrete work is a plus.

SCHEDULE & TRAVEL

• Full-time position
• Monday–Friday
• Some Saturdays as needed
• Must be dependable and able to report to work on time
• Work is performed at various job sites throughout Central Florida
• Occasional travel to job sites outside the immediate area is required, typically within a few hours of Central Florida
• Some out-of-town projects may require occasional overnight stays
• Must be willing and able to travel with the crew when needed

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid driver’s license REQUIRED
• Acceptable driving record and ability to drive a company vehicle
• Previous concrete or construction experience
• Reliable transportation to the designated meeting/work location
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Able to perform physical construction work, including lifting, bending, standing, and working outdoors
• Dependable, hardworking, and able to work well as part of a crew
• Willing and able to work occasional Saturdays and travel when required

PAY
