Schedule

  • Monday–Friday
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Fully onsite in Fort Collins

We're looking for a Buyer who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in keeping production moving. This role focuses on purchasing materials, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring inventory and production needs are met on time and within budget.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Create and manage purchase orders
  • Monitor supplier deliveries and expedite orders when needed
  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels to support production schedules
  • Request and evaluate supplier quotes
  • Resolve supplier issues related to quality, cost, and delivery
  • Track material shortages and communicate potential supply risks
  • Support supplier negotiations and sourcing activities
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records within ERP/MRP systems
  • Analyze purchasing activity and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Partner with planning, operations, engineering, and inventory teams
  • Support continuous improvement and lean initiatives

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–3 years of purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or manufacturing experience
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and supplier management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Preferred Experience
  • ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Epicor, or similar
  • Manufacturing or aerospace industry experience
  • APICS, CPSM, or related certifications
  • Lean manufacturing knowledge
