Facility Maintenance Lead
Location: Onsite

We are looking for a hands-on Facility Maintenance Lead to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is a self-starter, quick learner, and takes pride in going above and beyond. You’ll play a key role in keeping our facility running smoothly by using your technical expertise to troubleshoot, repair, and improve critical systems.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and perform daily maintenance and repair tasks
- Troubleshoot HVAC, boiler, and mechanical systems
- Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
- Diagnose and support wastewater system operations
- Complete welding and fabrication work as needed
- Work with compression and impression equipment
- Operate a forklift safely when required
- Identify issues proactively and implement solutions
- Partner with the Maintenance Manager to support facility goals
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Electrical knowledge (motors, sensors, controls)
- Proficient with hand and power tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.
- Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, stooping, bending, reaching, grasping of both hands.
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50lbs continuously.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with fluctuating temperatures and noise levels.
- Must maintain company attendance standards.
- Flexible work schedule (e.g. Weekends and holidays)
- Forklift certified is a plus
- Welding experience
