Forklift Operator Compensation

• Pay rate: $24.00 per hour
• Shift: On-Site - 9am-5:30pm Monday-Friday Mid-Shift Replenisher

Forklift Operator Responsiblities:

• Support daily plant operations by moving, staging, and disbursing materials and chemicals used in manufacturing.
• Operate forklift trucks, hand trucks, and drum lifts in accordance with safety regulations.
• Remove and recycle empty drums and totes from production and drop areas.
• Maintain high-use raw material stations, including hot room and powder areas.
• Ensure proper inventory levels using Fricke inventory management system and RFK scanner.
• Manage and refill bulk storage tanks with raw materials as needed.

Forklift Operator QUALIFICATIONS:

Critical Information

• On-site shift from 9am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday
• Physical Fit Test required
• Attention to all candidates: Confirm interview appointments with the Hiring Manager at least two hours prior; candidates will select clinics for drug screening via Sterling platform.
• Support for routine procedures involving material handling and inventory management.

Education/Licenses Needed

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 2-3 years manufacturing or industrial work experience
• Minimum two years’ forklift driving and warehouse experience
• Working knowledge of inventory control systems
