The Nursing CNA plays a vital role in providing essential care and support to patients primarily in long-term care and assisted living settings. Working within a medium-sized team of 6-15 CNAs and reporting directly to the Coordinator, this role emphasizes patient well-being through activities such as hygiene assistance, mobility support, and infection control without the need for travel between facilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and support daily living activities
- Assist with patient hygiene and grooming needs
- Support patient mobility and transfer safely
- Follow proper infection control protocols

Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in patient care and vital signs monitoring
