Location: Cuyahoga Falls, OH
Pay: Up to $22.50/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Job Overview
We’re hiring a Machine Operator / Quality Control Associate to support our growing manufacturing team. This role is perfect for candidates with machine operation, production, or quality inspection experience — or motivated individuals ready to learn.
You’ll operate machinery, inspect products, maintain production flow, and ensure quality standards are met throughout the shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing machines, production equipment, and automated systems
- Perform quality control inspections on parts and finished goods
- Load materials, stage inventory, and maintain accurate production counts
- Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments
- Document inspection results and follow all QC guidelines
- Cross-train across multiple machine lines
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

- 1+ years of machine operation, quality control, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
