Pediatric OD urgent need in a well-established Ophthalmology clinic in Tucson - No weekends, plus sign-on & relocation bonusesSince its beginning, this clinic has established a vision of bringing together some of the country’s best eye doctors in order to provide the highest possible standard of care to Tucsonans, and to offer comprehensive specialty care under one roof. They are now looking to add another pediatric Optometrist to their ranks to co-manage patients alongside the Pediatric Ophthalmologist.
Overview:
- M-F only
- 8am-4pm daily
- No call or weekends
- 2 techs and 1 scribe per OD
- EHR: ModernizingMedicine
- Ages 0-18
Responsibilities of the OD:
- See 20-30 patients per day
- Mostly medical exams, some vision exams
- Surgical evals, post-ops
- Able to work autonomously
Compensation and benefits:
- Very competitive base salary DOE

Minimum qualifications:
- Doctor of Optometry degree (O.D.)
- Completion of a pediatric or related residency program
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Valid Arizona license
