- Advocate effectively for clients in court, including trial proceedings
- Negotiate settlements to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
- Work collaboratively with office staff and legal team members
- Prepare legal documents, pleadings, and motions
Qualifications
- Experience with plaintiff personal injury law
- Proven trial experience in personal injury cases a plus
