Industrial Maintenance Tech

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment, machinery, and facility systems
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or operational equipment issues
• Support maintenance and repair of woodworking machinery and production equipment
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently
• Inspect equipment and identify maintenance concerns proactively
• Maintain tools, maintenance areas, and repair records in an organized manner
• Support facility upkeep, operational reliability, and production readiness
• Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime and support workflow efficiency
• Follow all company safety procedures and operational standards
• Assist with equipment installations, adjustments, and improvement projects as needed

Qualifications & Experience

Required

• High school diploma or GED
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to safely lift and handle tools, parts, and equipment components

Preferred

• Experience in industrial maintenance, facility maintenance, manufacturing, or mechanical repair environments
• Experience troubleshooting production machinery or woodworking equipment
• Basic understanding of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, or mechanical systems
• Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs and maintenance documentation
• Forklift certification or experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
