Foreman Electrician

Foreman Electrician $60 - $75/hr DOE

We are actively looking for experienced electrical foremen to join a great contractor based out of Brentwood CA. Jobsites will be anywhere from San Jose to Tracy. This is a direct hire opportunity. Candidates are encouraged to apply ASAP. Interviews are currently in progress.

Job duties:

• Lead Field Crews: Supervise, assign tasks to, and mentor journeymen and apprentice electricians.
• Oversee Project Execution: Manage daily work schedules, read blueprints, and plan electrical layouts.
• Ensure Strict Compliance: Enforce NEC regulations, local codes, and OSHA safety standards on site.
• Manage Materials & Logistics: Order necessary tools, gear, and supplies to prevent project delays.
• Conduct Quality Inspections: Inspect completed electrical work to ensure accuracy and safety compliance.
• Coordinate Communication: Act as the main liaison between field crews and project managers.

Compensation:

• Pay rate $60/hr - $75/hr depending on certification status and experience
• Gas card and work truck
• Full benefits after probationary period
