Machine Operator

We are seeking experienced Machine Operators to join our team. In this role, you will operate and maintain extrusion lines that keep production running safely, efficiently, and at a high quality.

Responsibilities:

• Operate extrusion lines to meet production goals.
• Monitor product quality and record inspection results accurately.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and partner with maintenance for a resolution.
• Perform line changeovers, cleaning, and basic preventative maintenance.
• Package and label finished product to meet specifications.
• Follow all safety standards and support a safe work environment.
• Complete production and quality documentation in a timely manner.
• Support team operations to keep lines running efficiently.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing or extrusion experience required.
• Mechanical aptitude with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a 12-hour shift (2-2-3 schedule).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
• Reliable work history and willingness to learn.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
