Lead Commercial Electrician

We are seeking a Lead Commercial Electrician to take charge of job sites, overseeing and performing electrical installations while ensuring safety and quality standards. This role involves direct client interaction, coordination with project managers, and supervising small to medium-sized teams of electricians primarily on a single jobsite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise small to medium teams (1-10 electricians) on job sites
• Perform hands-on electrical installation and troubleshooting
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations
• Communicate effectively with clients and coordinate with project managers
• Plan projects and manage materials to meet deadlines and quality standards
• Maintain quality assurance throughout electrical work
• Manage jobsite safety and enforce safety procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial electrical work
• Journeyman Electrician License
• Valid Driver's License
• Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems and code compliance
• Proficient in blueprint reading
• Experience in project leadership and team coordination
• Skilled in troubleshooting and safety procedures
• Effective communication and time management skills
