We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician for an apartment community. This individual will need to independently handle basic plumbing, basic electrical, painting, drywall repairs, etc. This could be a supervisor type role if the individual is CPO and EPA certified.


Maintenance Technicians Responsibilities: Strong experience in the following tasks:

  • Plumbing - sink/shower/toilet repair, replacing fixtures, unclogging drains (snaking when applicable)
  • Electrical - replacing fixtures and switches, knowledge or proper safety protocol, rewiring when applicable
  • Carpentry - patching holes, replacing doors/locks, hanging cabinetry, light touch-up painting
  • Appliances - help with installation of W&D, stoves (when applicable), installing garbage disposals, small repairs
  • Technicians should be courteous to residents and provide realistic expectations for completed job
  • Report missing/needed parts to Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager (as instructed)


​ Maintenance Technicians Qualifications:

  • HVAC or EPA Certification is REQUIRED
  • CPO Certification is ideal
  • Previous experience in residential maintenance - apartments, hotels or private homes
  • You must have personal hand tools and drills - bring to site daily; do not leave at property
  • Must have reliable transportation and have a team mentality
  • Ability to handle physical workload
