The Southern Touch Home Care is looking for an energetic, dependable, and highly motivated Care Team Coordinator to join our team. We are seeking someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, builds relationships naturally, and takes pride in helping both clients and caregivers feel supported.

The ideal candidate is organized, confident, personable, and takes initiative. This is an active, people-focused role for someone who enjoys being involved, solving problems, and contributing to the day-to-day success of a growing home care agency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, interview, and assist with onboarding caregivers
  • Coordinate caregiver schedules, availability, call-outs, and open shifts
  • Maintain strong communication and positive relationships with caregivers
  • Assist with caregiver meetings, orientations, and team engagement
  • Perform general office and administrative responsibilities
  • Communicate professionally with clients, families, caregivers, and applicants
  • Occasionally assist with community outreach and professional relationship building
  • Assist with caregiver coverage as needed
  • Assist with additional duties and responsibilities as needed to support the day-to-day operations of the agency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous healthcare experience is strongly preferred
  • CNA certification and/or hands-on caregiving experience is a plus
  • Experience working with individuals with a variety of care needs is beneficial
  • Strong communication, computer, and administrative skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Position Details

Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Part-time, approximately 25–30 hours per week
Location: Augusta, GA
