Position Overview

We are seeking Chemical Production Technicians to support manufacturing operations in a high-tech production environment. This role involves operating and maintaining chemical processes used in advanced materials for semiconductor and electronics manufacturing.

Work Environment

  • Onsite role (no remote option)
  • Work across warehouse, cleanroom, and production areas
  • Exposure to chemicals such as ammonium chloride, helium, and nitrogen
  • Occasional work at heights (up to 15 ft)
  • Use of forklifts and production equipment

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor chemical production processes safely and efficiently
  • Troubleshoot process issues and maintain production flow
  • Assemble, disassemble, and perform basic maintenance on equipment
  • Follow and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Complete production documentation and reports
  • Participate in safety meetings and promote a safety-first culture
  • Support team goals through collaboration and cross-training
  • Issue and follow safe work permits
  • Assist in continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
  • Ability to roll cylinders up to 200 lbs
  • Must be clean-shaven to wear respirators
  • Ability to wear PPE including respirators, SCBA, and Level A suits
  • Ability to pass medical and physical clearance for respirator use
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to learn technical processes quickly in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in Process Technology or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in chemical or process operations
  • Experience handling hazardous materials
  • Mechanical or electrical troubleshooting experience
  • Familiarity with SAP systems
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and 5S principles
  • Forklift experience (training provided)

  • Candidates must be flexible to work either shift, with a high likelihood of night shift assignment
