We are seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our private practice in Eugene, OR. Our clinic provides whole body, comprehensive care through a personalized approach that allows therapists to build meaningful relationships with patients while delivering high-quality treatment. We offer a collaborative environment with the autonomy and support needed to help patients achieve their goals.

This is an opportunity is for a Full Time Physical Therapist able to work a Full Time Schedule, 40 hours/week with Office Hours Monday to Friday: 8:30AM - 6:30PM & Saturday: 8:30AM - 6:30PM. Compensation range from $41-53/Hourly, with a Total Potential Compensation of $110K+ annually.

Requirements

  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals and lifestyle.
  • Provide personalized, one-on-one physical therapy using a comprehensive, whole-body approach to maximize function and long-term outcomes.
  • Deliver exceptional patient education focused on movement, injury prevention, self-management, and overall wellness.
  • Monitor patient progress, reassess outcomes, and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with fellow physical therapists and other wellness professionals to provide coordinated, patient-centered care.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
  • Foster meaningful relationships with patients by delivering compassionate, high-quality care and creating an exceptional patient experience.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment while supporting the continued growth and success of the practice.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
  • Current Oregon Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to start.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • 2+ years of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
  • Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for delivering individualized, patient-centered care.
  • Interest in a comprehensive, whole-body approach to rehabilitation and wellness.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Desire to continue developing clinical expertise within a specialty or area of interest.
  • Growth mindset with openness to mentorship, learning, and professional development.
  • Commitment to building a long-term career within the practice and serving the local community.

Expectations

Provide personalized, one-on-one care focused on each patient’s individual needs and long-term recovery. Appointments are designed to allow adequate time for thorough evaluations, treatment, and patient education, typically lasting around 45 minutes, with some sessions extending up to 1.5 hours when additional care or guidance is needed, treating an average of 9 patients per day.
