Schedule: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM |Monday-Friday
Schedule: 3rd Shift | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Sunday-Thursday
Overtime and occasional Saturdays may be required

What You’ll Do
As a Machine Operator at V2 Composites, you’ll play a key role in keeping production running safely, efficiently, and with high quality.
- Operate and set up manufacturing equipment and machinery
- Monitor production processes and perform visual inspections and quality checks
- Read and follow work instructions and manufacturing specifications
- Make timely decisions that impact safety, quality, and efficiency
- Package finished products for shipping
- Perform basic operator maintenance and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Safely lift and move materials (up to 50 lbs) throughout the shift
- Obtain forklift certification (training provided)
- Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
- Ability to follow directions and work well with a team
- Basic math and mechanical skills
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks (lifting, bending, squatting, kneeling)
- Willing to work overtime, weekends, and varying hours when needed
- Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
